Alquraish Hospitality is based in Gogji Bagh, which is a well-known part of Srinagar. We've been operating out of this neighborhood in Jammu and Kashmir for some time now. It’s a local business, run by people who actually live here and know the streets. We don't go in for big advertisements or sounding like a big corporation. We're just a group of workers and owners trying to make sure guests have what they need. Gogji Bagh is a nice, residential kind of place, so we try to keep things respectful and quiet. Most of our day is spent handling the small details that come with running a hospitality business. Whether it's checking someone in or making sure the kitchen is running right, we just stay busy. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up and do the work. It’s a simple life, really. We like being in this part of Srinagar because it feels like home to us. Our staff are mostly locals who have been with us for a while. We think that being honest and just doing a good job is the best way to run things. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during the busy seasons, but we manage. We aren't perfect, but we try to be helpful to everyone who walks through our doors. It’s about being a real part of the town we grew up in and keeping things simple for everyone.
