We are based at 31, 1st Floor in the Okhla Industrial Estate. Specifically, we are in Phase-III, which is always a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. Being near Moti Mill helps people find us, though. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few trips. Inside, it's mostly carpets. Big ones, small ones, and a lot of samples lying around. Oberoi Carpets Pvt. Ltd. has been in this industrial patch for some time now. The estate is noisy because there are always trucks loading and unloading things right outside our windows. It isn't a quiet office by any means. We spend a lot of time checking the piles and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we are always cleaning something. The lighting inside is just those standard tube lights that flick on every morning. We don’t have any big signs or flashy stuff. Just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through. Most of us here just focus on the orders that need to go out. The area around Moti Mill is pretty familiar to everyone who works in Okhla. We eat lunch at the local stalls nearby. It's just a regular spot for a carpet business. We keep busy and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos of the industrial phase.
