Kum Kum Arts

Kum Kum Arts is tucked away at K-1991 in C.R Park. If you know this area, you know how the streets can get a little confusing with all the numbers, but we've been at this spot for some time. There is always a lot of dust from the materials we use, so it never stays perfectly clean for long. We have brushes and half-finished projects sitting on most of the tables. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but that’s just how we work. The windows let in some breeze which helps when it gets hot in the summer. We aren't trying to be some big gallery or anything like that. It’s just a place where things get made. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and the street outside gets real quiet. C.R Park has a certain feel to it that we like, and being at K-1991 feels right for us. We know where everything is, even if it looks cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. We've got our routine down. One of the tables has a wobble we never fixed, but we just put a piece of cardboard under it. It works well enough for what we need. People mostly find us by word of mouth since we don't have a big sign out front. It’s just us here, doing the work.
