Khurana'S Arts & Crafts is located at A-3 in Lajpat Nagar-II, on Alankar Road. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Lajpat Nagar gets. It’s a hub of activity and we are right in the thick of it. The shop has been in the Khurana family for a while now. It’s not a modern, minimalist space. Instead, it’s packed with every kind of art and craft item you can think of. We have things tucked under counters and stacked on top of cabinets. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who hasn't been here before, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend our days helping people find what they need, whether it’s a specific bit of decoration or something for a project. The bells on the door ring constantly as people wander in from Alankar Road. It’s a noisy, vibrant place to work. We don’t have a formal mission or a corporate policy. We just try to be helpful and keep the shelves stocked. Sometimes we run out of space and have to keep boxes out on the sidewalk for a bit. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just the nature of a family business in a busy market. We’ve been here through many seasons and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but we just keep doing what we do.
