Ahuja Arts

Our little shop is tucked away in Katwaria Sarai, not too far from the Babulal General Store. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with people walking through. We spend most of our time working on various art projects and frames. It is a small space, so things can get a bit messy with the paint and materials lying around on the tables. We handle a lot of requests for different kinds of artistic work, mostly stuff that people need for their homes or local offices. Sometimes students from the nearby areas drop by to see what we are doing or to get something made for a project. We have been at No. 174 for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It is the kind of place where the door is usually open if the weather is nice. We do not do much advertising; mostly people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. Every day is a bit different depending on what someone wants us to make. We might be working on a simple frame one hour and something more detailed the next. It is quiet work for the most part, except for when the street outside gets noisy during the rush hours. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish things on time. It is a simple life and we enjoy the creative bits of the day.
