Kaaleen Carpets sits inside the Indian Jute & Industries Ltd. building. We are located at 294/1/B on Dhan Mill Road. This part of Chhattarpur Pahari is always humming with people moving stuff back and forth. Being part of the jute industry side of things means we deal with a lot of raw materials. The building itself has that old industrial feel. It’s not a modern glass showroom. We have stacks of carpets everywhere you look. Mehrauli is right around the corner, so the area stays busy. Most of our day is spent handling the inventory. Jute is a tough material, and it gets everywhere. Our clothes usually have a few fibers on them by lunchtime. It’s honest work. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly know where we are because we’ve been here at this address for a long time. The Dhan Mill area has its own rhythm. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just keep working through it. We have a small crew. We handle the heavy lifting ourselves. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through a new batch from the factory. It’s crowded inside, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we run things here. There’s no corporate ladder or fancy meetings. Just carpets and jute and the daily grind on Dhan Mill Road. We just keep our heads down and work.
