Art Production 247 Pvt.Ltd. is located at Plot No.99 in Ladara Mohala. If you know the area, it’s not hard to find, but it’s definitely tucked away. We’ve got a decent amount of space here, which is lucky because production work takes up a lot of room. There’s always something being moved around or put together. The floor is concrete and has some stains from paint and spills over the years, but that just shows we’re actually doing something. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the tools going, but the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. Usually, we’re just in jeans and t-shirts trying to get the next order out the door. The mornings start with a quick chat about what needs to happen that day, and then we just get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and we’ll order some food and just keep going. It’s not always pretty, and things can get a bit chaotic when three things are happening at once. But we’ve been at Plot No.99 for a while now and we’ve got our rhythm down. It’s just a regular workplace where people work hard and try to do a good job. We don't have time for anything too fancy. We just keep the machines running and the projects moving.
