V. M. Enterprises

Down here on Shib Mandir Road, the atmosphere is usually quite lively because of the Medical More nearby. V. M. Enterprises is located in this part of Matigara, not too far from the post office in Kadamtala. It’s a busy spot in Darjeeling district. We get a lot of people passing by on their way to the hospital or the temple. Our building is simple, and the shop floor is usually filled with whatever stock we received that morning. We deal with various items, and things can get a bit cluttered during the rainy season. The humidity sometimes makes the doors stick, but that’s just life here. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It is just us handling the day-to-day sales and keeping the accounts straight. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it's quiet to catch some fresh air. The tea here is good, and we often share a pot while talking about the local news. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with more shops opening up along the road. Despite the growth, we still operate in the same basic way we always have. It is about getting the orders right and making sure the customers get what they came for. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
