Kripanani Enterprise

Our place, Kripanani Enterprise, is right by the Bhaktinagar Checkpost. Since we are in the Darjeeling district, the weather can be a bit different than what people down in the plains are used to. It gets quite damp when the clouds roll in, which isn't great for metal, but we manage it as best as we can. Being near the checkpost means there is always a lot of movement and trucks stopping by. It is a bit of a chaotic spot sometimes, but that is just life in Bhaktinagar. We have a small warehouse where we keep our supplies. It is a family-run kind of operation, so there isn’t any corporate stuff going on here. We just handle the daily tasks, answer the phone when it rings, and keep track of what is coming in and going out. It is a lot of manual labor, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a long time now. We don't really bother with advertisements or anything like that. People in the district know where we are if they need us. The office is just a desk with a few chairs and a lot of old files. We just try to be honest about what we have in stock and get things done without making things more complicated than they need to be.
