Farmventure Producer Company Limited

We're out here in Khanola, right near Summerkot in the Rohru area. Lalit Mohan Samra is the one lookin' after things at the office, which is really just a part of the house. This place is way up in Shimla district where the air stays cold most of the year and the mist hangs low over the valleys in the morning. We started this producer company because folks around here needed a better way to handle the crops instead of just selling to whoever drove by. It's mostly small farms tucked into the hillsides where the soil is rocky but good if you treat it right. The roads can be a bit of a mess when it rains or snows, and sometimes we get cut off for a few days, but we manage to get things moving eventually. We don't have a fancy office or any of those modern gadgets, just a quiet spot to gather and talk about the harvest. Most days you'll find someone down at the village spot figuring out the logistics or arguing over the price of transport. It isn't easy work, climbing these steep slopes every single day, but it's what we know and what our fathers did. My neighbor helps with the paperwork when he's not out in his own orchard, even if he's a bit slow with the typing. We just try to keep things honest and make sure the produce gets where it needs to go without too much fuss or extra cost. It's a quiet life in Khanola, and we're just a group of farmers trying to stay afloat.
