Y Sangram Nutritious Food Industries Private Limited is located over at Palus. We are set up at Gat Number 1988, working alongside Yesh Metales. Nilesh Vitthalrao Yesugude is the one who looks after things here. We got into the food industry because we wanted to do something useful with the local produce. It's not a huge factory with thousands of workers, just a small, focused team. We spend a lot of time in the workshop area figuring out the best way to process food so it stays nutritious. Palus is a busy place, and there is always something going on around the industrial plots. We are not about the flashy branding or corporate meetings. Our days are filled with checking the machines and making sure the food is handled properly. It can be quite loud and messy sometimes, but that is just how the work goes. We are just regular people trying to build something solid here in Palus. We take a very practical approach to everything we do. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. If there is a problem with a batch, we sort it out right then and there. It is a lot of trial and error, but we are learning as we go. We just want to make decent food products and keep the business running smoothly for the long haul. It is about working hard and making sure we stay honest in our dealings with everyone.
