Shriganraj Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Gardi village in the Khanapur area of Sangli. Our official spot is at House Number 1180. It’s a small place, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We are just a group of farmers who decided that we should stop trying to do everything alone. By forming this company, we can buy what we need in larger amounts and hopefully find better places to sell our crops. Khanapur is a good area for farming, and Gardi has a strong community of people who have been working the land for generations. We don't have any fancy offices or people in suits. Most of the time, you'll find us in our work clothes talking about the rain or the price of fertilizer. We handle all the administration ourselves, which can be a bit of a headache, but it’s better than having someone else do it who doesn't understand the farm. We are just trying to make a decent living and keep our farms going for the next generation. It’s a practical, local business run by the same people who grow the food. We stay busy with the seasons and try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone in the group.
