Sympads Agri Producer Company Limited

Our place is right across from the Krantisingh Nana Pu and the police parade ground in Sangli. If you are in the Vishrambag area, you can usually hear the recruits practicing in the morning while we are opening up. Sympads Agri Producer Company Limited started because a few of us in Sangli-416416 realized we were all dealing with the same issues when it came to our harvests. We aren't some big city corporation with a glass building. We work out of this office near the ground, and it gets quite dusty when the wind picks up. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to farmers and trying to figure out the transport. Sangli is known for certain crops, and we just try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand in the old notebooks. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, honestly. My nephew helps with the computer stuff because the rest of us aren't great with it. We just wanted a local spot where people could come and talk about their land without feeling like they are talking to a bank. We keep some extra chairs for when the neighbors drop in to complain about the weather or the prices. It’s just how we do things here. No one wears a suit, and the tea is usually too sweet, but we get the work done eventually.
