V.M Agro Industries (Opc) Private Limited

V.M Agro Industries (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Jadhavwadi, right in front of the IDBI Bank. The building is called Rajratna. Being in the Phaltan area is good because it’s a hub for a lot of agro stuff. We are an OPC, so it’s a smaller operation than some of the others around here. It’s mostly just one main person making the big calls, but we have a few hands to help out when things get busy. The bank across the street is a real landmark, so no one ever gets lost trying to find us. We have some industrial equipment we keep track of, and there’s always a bit of grease and oil around the place. It’s not a clean office job. We are dealing with real machinery and real crops every single day. The traffic on the road can be a bit much in the mornings, but it dies down by the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the nearby farms. Phaltan is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep things friendly and straightforward. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are from the city. We just do the work that needs doing and hope for a decent harvest next season. It’s about keeping the machines running and the farmers happy as best as we can given the circumstances. It takes a lot of time to get everything sorted properly each week.
