Vita is a place where a lot of sugar and agro work happens, so it made sense for us to be right here. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of fancy executives. We are a private limited company, but we keep things very local and down to earth. Sujit Patil helps keep the place running from our spot at 666/1. Most of our time is spent dealing with sugar production and other agro products that come from the Sangli region. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the crushing season or when the harvests are coming in. We don't really do the whole "mission statement" thing. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the products are handled right. The office is a practical space, not something designed for show. We spend more time in the fields or at the production site than we do sitting behind a desk. That’s just the way we like it. People in the Vita area know us as a group that knows the local agriculture. We don't have any interest in being corporate or polished. We just want to do our jobs, work with our neighbors, and keep the company moving forward one day at a time. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well and we stay focused on the tasks.
