Tararani Agrotech Private Limited is based in Gargoti, which is in the Bhudargad taluka of Kolhapur. Our office is at H No 1430/3, right in the heart of the village. Kolhapur is known for its rich agriculture, and we wanted to be a part of that by bringing a bit more structure to how we do things. We call ourselves an agrotech company, but at the end of the day, we are still people who understand the soil. We aren't some big city firm with shiny glass walls. Our office is a regular house where we sit and figure out the best ways to help the local farmers get their tech and supplies. We spend a lot of time out in the fields talking to people and seeing what they actually need. It’s not always easy to convince people to try new ways of doing things, and we get that. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know the traditions. We just think there’s a way to combine the old knowledge with some newer methods. We handle the logistics, the sourcing, and the sales from our little spot in Gargoti. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things don't go as planned, but that’s just how business is. We’re just a small team trying to make a difference in our own backyard without making a big fuss about it. We take it one season at a time and see what happens.
