Our company is Srisanved Ganesha Producer Company Limited and we operate out of House Number 1480 in Malangaon, Sangli. We are based at Dipak Shankar Bhosale's place. It’s a local setup, right in the heart of the farming community here. Sangli is known for its agriculture, so it makes sense for us to be here. We are a producer company, which mostly means we help get things from the field to where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to different people. Some days we are out in the fields and other days we are sitting at the house going over numbers. It’s not a fancy corporate office with air conditioning. We just use what we have in Malangaon. Working together like this helps everyone out. We've known the people around here for years. It’s more about the relationships than just business. Sometimes the crops are great and sometimes they aren't, that's just life. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets a fair shake. House 1480 is always busy with someone coming or going. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sangli is a good place for this kind of work. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy cars. We mostly use our old bikes to get around the fields. The company is really just a way for us to pool our resources and keep things moving forward together.
