Shri Khanderaya Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Katgaon. You can find us at Balasaheb Apparao Borade’s house. It is house number Naat Post Katgaon. We are just local farmers from the village. We named the company after Khanderaya because that is important to us here. We don't have a regular office building; we just use the space at Balasaheb’s place to get our work done. It is where we store our records and talk about the agro business. We focus on what we can grow in the soil around Katgaon. Farming is tough work and doesn't pay much, so we started this to see if we could do better by working as a group. We don't have any special training in business, we just know how to farm. We handle the seeds and the selling ourselves. If someone needs help with their crop, they come over to the house and we talk it out. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be big or famous, just trying to make sure the farmers here have a place to go. It is a quiet village life, and we like to keep it that way. Being at H.
