Shetipurak Farmers Agro Producer Company Limited is located in a place called Dighanchi. It's in the Atpadi taluka of Sangli district. Our address is G.No. 1185, right there in the village. This isn't a big city office with elevators; it's right where the work happens, surrounded by fields. Being a farmer producer company means we are all about the local farmers here in the Sangli-415315 area. We came together because it’s better to work as a group than on your own. Most of our days are spent talking about seeds, weather, and how to sell what we grow. It gets dusty and hot in Atpadi, but that’s just part of life here. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning. We mostly sit around a big table and figure things out. It’s a very local thing. Everyone knows everyone in Dighanchi, so news travels fast. We try to help our members get a fair deal for their crops. There is always some paperwork to fill out for the government or the bank, which none of us really likes, but we get it done. We are proud to be from this part of Maharashtra. Our company is built on the hard work of people who have been farming this land for generations. We just want to make sure the next generation can keep doing it too. It is a long journey but we are in it for the long haul.
