This company is Shetinisht Walwa Agro Industries And Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based in Islampur, specifically at house number 1631/71 in the Walwa taluka. It’s a local effort by people who grew up around these farms. We wanted to see if we could do more than just grow the crops, so we looked into the agro-industry side of things too. It’s a lot to take on for a small group. Our location in 415409 is where we keep everything organized. The office is just a part of the house, nothing fancy at all. We spend our days worrying about the same things every farmer does, like the price of electricity and whether the trucks will show up on time. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to make the business work for everyone involved. We aren't very good at the promotional stuff. We just talk to each other and figure out the plan for the week. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, especially when multiple farmers bring their produce in at once. But we manage. It’s a real community thing. We just want to see our local agro-industry grow so the kids here have a reason to stay. It’s a humble beginning, but we are working hard at it. There’s no secret formula, just long hours and a lot of patience with the process. We are just people from Islampur doing our best.
