If you come down to Gunjoti in the Omerga area of Osmanabad, you'll find us at house number 1972. We are a producer company, which basically means a group of us came together to handle our farm output. It's a local thing. We don't have a big fancy office building, just a regular place where we meet and talk about the crops. The soil around here is what dictates our schedule. When it rains, we're out there, and when it's dry, we're planning for the next season. Being in a small place like Gunjoti means everyone knows everyone. We aren't trying to be some massive international brand. We just want to make sure the farmers involved get a fair deal for what they grow. Sometimes the logistics are a headache because of the roads or the transport, but we manage. We’ve seen the seasons change many times, and every year brings a new set of problems to solve. It’s mostly about helping each other out. We handle the agro stuff right from the post office area here. There’s a lot of talk about modernization, but we take it one step at a time. It's not always easy, and some days are slower than others. We drink a lot of tea and discuss the prices and the weather. That's pretty much how it goes for us. We just keep moving forward with whatever the land gives us. It takes a lot of patience to do this year after year, but we enjoy it.
