This is Satpudavally Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are located over in Navanagar in Shahada, which is part of the Nandurbar district. Our address is care of Sima Sunil Chavan, at the BPL 49353 spot. It is a group of us farmers working together here. We spend most of our time out in the fields or dealing with the crops, so the office side of things is pretty basic. Navanagar is a quiet place and we like it that way. We started this because it made sense for the farmers in this part of Satpudavally to have a central point. You won't find any shiny glass buildings or big corporate lobbies here. It is just a practical space where we handle the business of the farm collective. Sima Sunil Chavan helps keep things organized at this location. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves and talk to each other about what needs doing next. Being in Nandurbar means we are right in the middle of the farming community. Sometimes the paperwork piles up but we get through it. It is just real people trying to make a living from the land. If you come by Shahada and look for Navanagar, you will find where we set up. We are just local folks working together under the Satpudavally name. It's not a complicated life but it keeps us busy every day of the year. We are mostly busy with harvesting times and planting seasons. We just get by.
