We are based in Tambave, which is a village in the Walwa taluka of Sangli. Our office is on Patil Lane, right at Netajirao Patil’s house. It’s a group of farmers who decided to team up to make things a bit easier for everyone in the area. Most of us have been farming here for our whole lives, so we know the land pretty well. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular house where we keep our files and meet up in the evenings. The road can be a bit dusty in the summer and muddy when the monsoons hit, but that's just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what the markets are doing. It's not a complicated operation, just local people trying to help each other out with their produce. Sometimes we have tea and sit out front to discuss the next harvest. It feels more like a family gathering than a business meeting most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the farmers in Tambave get a fair shake. If you're looking for us, just ask anyone in the village for the Patil house. Everyone knows where we are. We just keep things moving one day at a time without much fuss or bother.
