Rvg Agro Private Limited is situated at Shanti Sadan on the Karad-Vita Road in Kadegaon. We are right by the Dongarai Temple, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. The company is run from Sohan Rajaram Garud’s place. Being in Sangli district, we are surrounded by farming activity all year round. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are local people who know the names of the farmers we work with and their families. The 415305 area is our base, and we spend a lot of time on the road between the farms and the markets in the city. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and have our tea while discussing the day's work. It gets quite dusty with the wind blowing off the Karad-Vita road, but we are used to that. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the accounts to the logistics. We started this company to help organize the agro trade in our own small way. It’s a lot of checking the quality of the produce and making sure the transport trucks are ready to go. We don't use a lot of business jargon or big words.
