The building is a simple structure made for work, not for showing off. It’s a bit hot here most of the year so we keep the doors open for some air. We deal with fresh produce so there is always a sense of hurry. We have to get things checked and moved out before they lose their freshness. It is a lot of hard work and we are often covered in dust by the end of the day. We don't have fancy office chairs or polished floors. It is all very functional. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby villages. We speak the local language and keep things informal. The seasons dictate how busy we are. When the harvest comes, we are here until very late at night.
