Krishi Balwan Farmer Producer Company Limited

Out here in Valasang, we have been running Krishi Balwan from G.No 926 for a while now. It’s a group of us from the Jath area. If you know this part of the country, you know the soil and the water can be tricky. We spend our time trying to make sense of the market and getting our produce ready. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the schedule. The building isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we store stuff and meet. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just the same people you see in the fields every day. We handle everything from the planning to the actual loading of the trucks. Sometimes we run into problems with transport or the prices, but we just deal with it as it comes. Being in Valasang means we are close to the farms, which is the only way to do this job right. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We just want to make sure the work we do in Jath pays off. Most of our days are long, starting before the sun is really up. We drink tea, talk about the crops, and get to it. It is honest work, and we keep it simple. If you stop by the post, someone is usually around to help out or show you what we have going on. The routine is the same every season.
