This business is run out of Amravati, specifically at H.No. 176 in Nimbhora. It is the house of Rajesh Laxman Aathawale. Being in a small place like Pimpri Purna means everyone knows everyone. We work on various farm projects across the Tq Chandur Bazar area. It is very much a local operation. We don't have a glass office in a city. Our work happens in the fields and in the small rooms where we keep our records. The address might seem long, but once you are in Nimbhora, it is easy to find. We deal with the day-to-day problems farmers face in this part of Maharashtra. It involves a lot of travel on dusty roads to reach different project sites. We usually start our day very early when it is still cool outside. Amravati can get very hot, so we try to get the outdoor work done before noon. We are just local people trying to help manage farm projects better. There is no corporate ladder here. We just work together to get the tasks finished. If something breaks, we fix it. If a project needs more hands, we find someone from the village. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We stay busy with the seasons and the local harvest cycles.
