Our small office is over at Parsh Enclqu App, specifically in Flat S 1 here in Miraj. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and samples we keep around, but it works for what we need. We focus on organic stuff because that is where the interest is moving lately. Miraj is a good place to be for this kind of work. You see a lot of changes in how people are farming these days. We spend a lot of our time talking to vendors and checking on different plots of land. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are days when the logistics of moving organic produce feel like a real headache. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who wanted to see if we could make a business out of cleaner food. Most mornings start with tea and a look at the schedule. Sometimes we are out in the fields more than we are in the apartment. It’s a bit unusual having a company based in a residential flat, but it keeps the costs down and we are right in the middle of town. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a front desk person. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us working at the dining table or on our laptops. It’s a simple setup. We just want to get the organic products out to people who want them without too much fuss.
