Indoacres Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our company is Indoacres Agro. We are based out of Gat Number 126 in the MIDC area of Tasgaon, Sangli. Being in the MIDC means we are near some other businesses, but our heart is still in the farming side of things. Sangli is known for certain crops, and we try to make the most of what the soil gives us. We are a farmers producer company, so it’s a group effort. We have a small facility there where we bring the produce after it's been picked. It’s a busy place when the season is in full swing. There are trucks coming in and out, and plenty of crates piled up. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in from the various farms. The office is just a small section of the building with a computer and some ledgers. It gets quite hot in Tasgaon during the summer, so the afternoons can be a bit slow. We all know each other well here. Most of us grew up in this district. We decided to form this company to help get our products to more people without losing too much money to the middle guys. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t have fancy marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the daily chores and making sure the bills get paid. It’s a simple life, but there’s always something that needs doing before the day is over. We just keep our heads down.
