We are a bunch of farmers from around Kavathe Mahankal who decided to start Inamdar Kolekar Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our spot is at Gat No. 1758 /129. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we meet up to figure out things for our crops and how to handle the markets better. Most of us here in Sangli grow things like grapes or sugarcane, and doing it all alone was getting really tough with the prices jumping around. Last year, a few of us sat down near the fields and thought, why not just work together? So we registered this company. It’s mostly about helping each other out with seeds, fertilizers, and maybe getting a better deal when we sell. Some days it’s quite busy at the office with people dropping by to talk about the rain or the soil. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just local people from the village trying to make farming a bit more stable for our families. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we manage. If you are ever passing through Kavathe Mahankalsangli, you can see us working there. It’s a lot of hard work under the sun, but it feels better when you have neighbors helping you out. We just want to make sure the farmers in our area get a fair chance at making a living without so much stress.
