Our office is at House Number 120/3 in Pedgaon, which is in the Osmanabad district of Maharashtra. Gokulnath Farmer Producer Company Limited is the name we use for our collective. Even though the address says Parbhani district in some records, we are firmly rooted here in the 413501 area. Running a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time on the ground, literally. We are not sitting in some air-conditioned building in a big city. Instead, we are out here where the crops grow. We help the local growers with their paperwork and help them find better ways to sell their produce. It is a lot of talking, a lot of drinking tea, and a lot of figuring out logistics on the fly. We do not have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures to hand out. What you see is what you get with us. The office is a bit cluttered with seed samples and ledger books, but we know where everything is. We just try to be useful to the people in our community. Sometimes the market prices are not great, or the rains come at the wrong time, but we just deal with it as it happens. We are just regular people from Osmanabad who know the land and want to make the business side of farming a little bit easier for everyone involved in our local group.
