Dhondiraja Farmer Producer Companylimited is based out in Tadesar, which is in the Kadegaon area of Sangli. Our main spot is at G No. 731, A/P Tadesar, Kadegaonsangli415304. We’ve been operating here for a while, mostly focusing on how we can work together as farmers in this part of the state. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the cities. We’ve got a small place where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the season. Sangli is known for its agriculture, so there is always something to do. Whether it’s talking about water or figuring out where to send the next load of crops, we stay busy. We don't have a bunch of fancy titles or a polished way of talking. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. Sometimes we disagree on things, but that’s just part of working with a group of neighbors. We’re all trying to make sure our families are taken care of and that the farms stay productive. You won't find any glossy brochures here. Instead, you'll find people with dirt under their fingernails and a good understanding of what the local weather does to the harvest. We just take it one day at a time, working through the challenges that come up and keeping the company moving forward as best as we can. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it, and we are glad to be the ones here doing it every day.
