Bembala Valley Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our small group is based at House Number 323 in Raniamaravatital Babhulgaon. It’s a quiet place, mostly just homes and fields around us. We came together as a farmer producer company because we wanted to have more say in how our crops are handled. It’s not always easy to manage everything, but we do our best. The office is really just a room where we keep our papers and meet up. You might see us sitting outside when it’s too hot indoors. We talk about the crops, the water, and what needs to be done next. There’s a lot of paperwork, which none of us really likes, but it’s part of the job now. We’ve known each other for years, so it feels more like a big family than a business. When someone has a problem with their tractor or their harvest, everyone pitches in. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. Just some desks and chairs and a lot of mud on our boots. Being in Babhulgaon means we’re far from the big cities, so we rely on each other. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy after a heavy rain, but we keep moving. It’s about making a living and looking after the land that’s been in our families for a long time. We're just regular people trying to do something good here. Sometimes we get the numbers wrong and have to start over, but that’s just life.
