We aren't a big institution with thousands of students; we are a junior college that serves the local people around Kuturchuan. The building is a basic one, and we spend a lot of time just keeping up with maintenance and the usual daily chores. There's a lot of open space around us, which is nice compared to the crowded cities. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give. We just provide a place for students to come and finish their junior college years. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets a bit rough during the monsoon, but we just deal with it as it comes. The people who work here are mostly from this region, and we all know how things work in this part of Odisha. It’s a quiet life, mostly focused on the textbooks and the exams that come around every year. We are proud to be a part of the Kuturchuan landscape. It’s a place where everyone is a neighbor, and the college is just another part of the local community where people gather to get things done.
