Oswal Poly Rubbers

Plot No. 45 in Sector-1 is the place where we stay busy most days of the week. Dharuhera is a pretty industrial place overall, and our little corner of the area is no different from the rest. We work with rubber and poly materials all day long. It is a noisy environment and there is always a bit of a distinct smell coming from the heating process, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. District Rewari has a lot of these types of plants scattered around. We have all our machines lined up in a row and the guys here know exactly how to handle the heavy presses. It is not the cleanest job you could have, and your hands usually end up pretty black by the time the shift is over. We do not really bother with having fancy offices or air conditioning in the main work area because we are mostly out on the shop floor anyway. The road out here can get pretty rough and bumpy with all the heavy trucks passing by, but we have gotten used to the vibration. We just stay focused on getting the rubber parts molded correctly. Sometimes a whole batch does not come out perfect and we have to start the entire thing over again, which is quite frustrating but it is part of the normal routine. We have a small metal gate where the raw materials come in and the goods go out. We just keep working.
