Radhika Rasoi

Our place, Radhika Rasoi, is in Sector 6 of Dharuhera, right across from the police station. It’s a very practical location because Dharuhera is such an industrial hub. We get a lot of workers and people who are just passing through Rewari. The police station is a big landmark, so nobody ever gets lost finding us. We’ve been here for a while, providing simple, home-style meals. It’s not like those fancy restaurants you see in the bigger cities. We have basic tables and the kitchen is right there. It feels a bit like a home kitchen, which is why we named it Rasoi. The area around Sector 6 is quite busy with all the trucks and the movement from the nearby factories. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside, but we try to keep the inside as comfortable as we can. It’s a family-run thing, mostly. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. We just focus on the daily cooking. My wife and I handle a lot of the work ourselves. We see a lot of regular customers who work in the local industries and just want a meal that doesn’t taste like it came from a factory. We aren’t looking to expand into some big franchise. We just want to keep serving the people who are here in Dharuhera every day. It is just honest work for us.
