Mudgal

Our place is located on Bawal Road in Rewari, not too far from the Indian Oil Depot. Being near the depot means we see a lot of trucks and drivers coming through this area. The road is often dusty and the sun can be really strong in this part of Haryana. We have a simple building where we do all our work. It is not a place with a lot of polish or corporate style. We just have what we need to get the job done every day. The morning starts with us cleaning the front area and getting the supplies in. We see a lot of the same people every morning who are heading out for work. The fans in the ceiling hum all day long to keep the air moving. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning. Sometimes the supply trucks are late, and we have to adjust what we are doing for the day. It is just the reality of running a business on a busy road like Bawal Road. We don't make any big promises; we just try to be consistent. People stop by because we are convenient and they know what to expect when they walk through the door. It is a bit noisy with the heavy traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just stay focused on our tasks and keep things running.
