Wasudev Sweets Raghav Sharma

I’ve been working here at Wasudev Sweets Raghav Sharma for a long time now. We are located right on Bharawas Rd in Rewari, and if you know where Everest Cinema is, you’ve probably walked right past us. It gets pretty busy around here when the movies let out. Usually, I start the day early getting the kitchen ready because there is always a lot to do before the morning crowd shows up. We make everything right here in the back. Sometimes the heat from the stoves is a bit much in the summer, but you get used to it after a while. Most people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood. They just want a quick snack or something sweet to take home for their families. It isn't a fancy place or anything like that. We have wooden counters and basic shelves where we keep everything. My hands are usually covered in flour or syrup by noon. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't run out. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud with the horns, especially near the cinema entrance. I like the busy days more because time goes by faster. Raghav stays busy with the orders while I handle the counter. It's just a normal shop doing what we can every day. If you are walking down Bharawas Rd, you can usually smell what we are cooking from a block away. It stays that way until we close up for the night.
