Bilberry Restaurant

Bilberry Restaurant is located at Azad Chowk in Rewari. We are right on the Circular Road, which is a very busy stretch of pavement. If you are driving around Rewari, you probably pass us all the time. It is a simple place where we serve regular food to the people who live and work around the chowk. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us here every day, making sure the kitchen is ready for the lunch rush. The noise from the traffic on Circular Road is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We have a few tables and chairs, nothing too luxurious, just a place to sit and eat. Most of our customers are locals who want a break from their workday. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and making sure the floor is wiped down. Rewari is not a very big town, so we know a lot of the people who come through the door by name. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just a restaurant on a busy corner trying to do a good job. The morning starts with getting the fresh vegetables in and the evening ends with locking up the front gate. It is a basic routine but it works for us. We just keep things simple and practical for everyone.
