Hiway Zaika

Hiway Zaika is right there at the 79th Milestone in Nikhri village, right on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. We've been here in Dharuhera for a while now, serving people driving down NH-8. It gets pretty busy with travelers and locals from Rewari coming in. We just focus on getting the food out hot. The place is easy to spot near the Masani Barrage. Sometimes the highway traffic is a lot, but people find their way here to sit down and eat for a bit. It’s not fancy, just a regular spot for a meal when you're on a long drive. We keep things simple in the kitchen. Most folks stopping by are looking for a break from the wheel. The staff knows the regulars by now. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth mostly works for us. If you're passing Dharuhera, you'll see us. We keep the place clean as we can, though it's a busy roadside joint. We serve what we have on the menu and try to keep everyone fed. It's just a bunch of us working to keep the kitchen running for whoever pulls over. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just like seeing people leave with a full stomach before they get back on the road to Jaipur or Delhi. That’s pretty much us. It's a lot of work but we stay at it every day regardless of the weather or the traffic.
