Tandoori Cafe

Tandoori Cafe is out here in Dharuhera, specifically on the Sector-4-6 By Pass road. We are located right near Ambedkar Park. It’s a bit of a dusty stretch of road sometimes with all the trucks going from Dadri to Bhiwari, but we like it here well enough. The cafe is a plain building where we spend most of our waking hours working. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations inside. Just some tables and the kitchen area where all the work happens. People driving through the bypass often stop for a quick break and a bite. We try to keep things moving quickly for them so they can get back on the road. Our staff is mostly made up of people from the local area. We’ve learned how to manage the rush hours over time. It isn't always perfect, but we try hard every day. The park nearby brings in some families on the weekends when the weather is nice outside. We don't do anything fancy with the menu. It's just the stuff we know how to cook well for people. The kitchen gets pretty smokey when the tandoor is going, so we keep the windows open when we can. Rewari is a growing place, and we’re just glad to have a small spot here. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to be a reliable place where you can get a meal.
