Chawala Family Restaurant

We spend most of our days at GF 5/6 inside the Sunrise Food Court. Being right on the Alwar By Pass in Dharuhera means there is always a lot of movement outside. We are positioned right next to the Gensis Mall, so we get a good mix of local people and those just passing through the area. Our spot in the food court isn't anything elaborate, just a practical place to sit down and eat. We open up the shutters every morning and start the usual kitchen work. The Rewari heat can be a bit much sometimes, but the food court stays okay. We've been at this address for a bit now and have gotten to know the other shop owners around us. It's a busy part of Dharuhera, especially with the mall right there bringing in the weekend crowds. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big speeches or fancy displays. The staff usually chats about the morning traffic on the Alwar By Pass while setting the tables. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just us at our spot, day in and day out, waiting for the lunch rush to start. It’s how we’ve always done it.
