Billo Vaishno Bhojnalya is located on Circular Road in Rewari. We are right at Bawal Chowk, which is a place where many different roads meet. It is a very busy junction and there are always people around. We have been serving food here for a long time and we keep things strictly vegetarian, as the name says. The 123401 area is a mix of shops and people traveling through, so we get a lot of different faces coming in. The shop is small and can get quite cramped when the lunch hour hits. We don't have any fancy waiters or menus, just the food we cook fresh every day. The heat from the kitchen spreads to the front, but we have a few fans going to keep it manageable. It is a lot of hard work starting early in the morning to chop vegetables and get the lentils ready. We are just a local team doing our thing day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic at Bawal Chowk gets backed up and the noise is quite loud, but we just keep working through it. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People know us because we have been on Circular Road for years and they know what to expect when they walk in. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place as clean as we can. It’s a basic life but it keeps us busy from dawn to dusk.
