Rao Vaishno Bhojnalya is located on the Delhi Road in Dharuhera. If you are driving towards Rewari 123106, you will see us along the main stretch. Being on the highway means we get a lot of truck drivers and families traveling between cities. We are a Vaishno place, which means everything we cook is strictly vegetarian. We don’t even have onions or garlic in most things if that’s what people want. The kitchen is always going, with big tandoors for the roti and large pots of dal simmering. It gets quite loud with the trucks rushing by outside, but inside we just focus on the orders. The seating is basic, just long tables where people can sit together. We don't have air conditioning, just some big fans that move the air around. It's a humble spot, the kind of place where you don't have to dress up or worry about manners too much. We just want people to leave with a full stomach. My brothers and I take turns managing the counter and the kitchen. We’ve been here in Dharuhera for several years now, and we know many of the drivers who pass by regularly. They stop for the same meal every time. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the highway crowd, but we just take it one plate at a time. The road is always busy, but we keep our doors open for anyone who needs a meal.
