Suvidha Caterers

We have been running things here on Tagore Hill Road in Morabadi for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the walkers are out near the hill and we are getting the kitchen ready. Our day starts early, usually before the sun is even fully up, because that’s when the fresh vegetables and meat get delivered. You can hear the crates clattering on the pavement while the rest of the neighborhood is still mostly asleep. Suvidha Caterers isn't some big fancy corporation with a marketing team, it’s just us. We spend most of our time over large pots, making sure the salt is right and the spices aren't too much. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have three different events on the same day, and the floor gets a little messy with flour and onion peels, but we manage to get it all done. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years, so we all know how each other works without having to say much. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a desk and some chairs where we sit with clients to talk about their menus over tea. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything. Most people just find us because they live nearby or saw us working at a neighbor's wedding. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat, but it’s what we know how to do.
