Sunil Caterers

Sunil Caterers is based in Kokar, and we’ve been working out of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a pretty standard setup—a kitchen, some storage for the plates, and a small space to meet people. We don't put on airs or try to act like we're some big corporate entity. It’s just us making food for the people around here. Kokar is a lively place, and we get a mix of everything, from small house parties to larger events at the local halls. We don’t have a specialized menu with fancy names. We just make the usual stuff—biryani, various sabzis, and the regular starters that everyone expects. The hardest part is usually the cleaning afterward, getting those big iron pans back to being spotless for the next day. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start, and we’ve all learned how to work together in a cramped kitchen without getting in each other's way. Advertising isn't something we do. If you live in Kokar, you’ve probably seen our containers being moved around or smelled the onions frying when you walk past our lane. Mostly we just try to do an honest day’s work and make sure the food is served on time. There’s no secret to it, just staying on top of the prep and making sure we don't run out of ingredients halfway through. That's about it.
