Shree Caterers

Our kitchen is located on North Market Road in the Upper Bazar area. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and people walking by all day long. Shree Caterers is the name we use for our work. We spend most of our time in the back where the big stoves are set up. The market nearby is where we get most of our vegetables and spices, so it is a very handy location for us. The building is older but it works for what we need. We have stacks of large plates and serving trays everywhere you look. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big order to get out on time. There is always someone washing up or chopping something on the wooden tables. We don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. It is just a place for cooking food for people. The smells of the market and our kitchen sort of mix together during the day. We are very used to the noise of Upper Bazar. It is a lively place to work every day. We started here because it was close to the suppliers we use. We just keep our heads down and focus on the recipes we know. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time parking on North Market Road because it’s so narrow and crowded. But we always make it work somehow.
