Seasons Caterer

Seasons Caterer is tucked away in the Amrawati Complex at Lalpur Chowk, specifically at F19. Being right in the middle of Ranchi means we stay pretty active throughout the year. It’s a bit of a climb up to our office, but the kitchen space is where all the real action happens. We don’t have a lot of formal stuff going on here. It’s mostly us sitting around a table figuring out how many kilos of paneer we need for a Saturday night party. Lalpur is always buzzing, so we have to be quick with our movements. We do a lot of office lunches and local events in the apartment buildings nearby. Our staff has been with us for years, so everyone knows their role without needing to be told twice. We try to keep the food tasting like something you’d actually want to eat at home, not like that bland stuff you sometimes get at big hotels. The Amrawati Complex is easy to find, so we get a fair amount of walk-ins who just want to talk about a small menu for a puja or a housewarming. We don’t go in for fancy presentations with dry ice or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food is cooked through and served while it’s still hot. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to get the job done for the folks around Lalpur.
