Raps Dine - In (Opc) Private Limited

You can find us over at 4/C Lavanya Garden in the Bandhgar area of Ranchi. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it feels quite different from the main market areas. We started Raps Dine - In as a small project. It’s an OPC, which means it’s a one-person company, but there are a few of us helping out to keep things moving. The kitchen isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. Sometimes the orders pile up and we get a bit stressed, but that’s just how it goes in the food business. We aren't a big chain with a manual for everything. We just cook things the way we like them and hope the neighbors like it too. The building is easy enough to spot if you are in the 834009 area. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure the supplies are fresh. It’s a lot of work for a small crew, and sometimes we stay late just to get the floors mopped for the next morning. We don’t spend money on fancy ads or anything. Most of our customers are just people living nearby who don't feel like cooking at home. It’s a simple, local place where we try to keep the food decent and the atmosphere relaxed. Nothing more to it than that.
