Durga Caterrer

Durga Caterrer is tucked away in Saket Nagar, over in the Hinoo area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, and that’s exactly where we like to be. We’ve been serving the people around here for a long time. Our setup isn't very big. It’s mostly a kitchen and a storage room for our serving dishes and linens. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the back where we are usually prepping vegetables or cleaning the pots. We do all kinds of local events, from small birthday parties to larger gatherings. We don't believe in using fancy titles or corporate talk. We just focus on the food and making sure there’s enough for everyone. The staff we have are all from around Hinoo, so they don't have to travel far. We know most of our customers by name, and they know us. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting a particular dish someone asked for, but we always try to fix it quickly. It's a very hands-on business. We don't sit in offices; we are right there in the heat of the kitchen. Our goal isn't to be the most famous caterer in the city. We just want to keep the local families in Saket Nagar happy with a good meal. It’s a humble life, but it suits us well and keeps us occupied.
